Terms & Conditions

• Not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
• Not applicable with Insurance/Corporate Guarantee Letters.
• Valid only for the Heart Screening Package. Any additional or optional test(s) requested will be charged separately.
• Any follow-up investigation, treatment or medication arising from this screening will be charged separately and is payable by cash, debit card or credit card.
• The assessment and review of the results will be conducted by an Consultant Cardiologist.
• The package includes only the investigations and services specified under the Heart Screening Package.
• Online purchase is limited to a maximum of five (5) packages per order.
• Appointments must be made at least three (3) working days in advance and are subject to availability.
• Official payment confirmation and booking number must be presented on the day of the appointment.
• Packages purchased cannot be exchanged for any other items, packages or services.
• Island Hospital’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable.
• Island Hospital reserves the right to refuse any request without providing reasons, amend these Terms & Conditions, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Package(s) purchased are available for redemption until 31 December 2026.
• This package is subject to 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST) for non-Malaysian following the Malaysian Government’s directive. The tax will be applied and collected upon your visit.
